This beautiful 3-year-old calico is a total sweetheart who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. The moment you sit down, she'll happily climb into your lap, put her paws on your chest, rub her face against yours, and shower you with little kitty kisses— or curl up on your chest and soak up every bit of love and attention she can get.

When she's not cuddling, Loonie has a playful side. She loves chasing laser pointers, batting around her favorite mouse toys, and even hunting the occasional fly that dares to enter the house.

Loonie is currently rocking a shorter haircut after arriving in foster care with severe matting that required shaving. Even before her makeover, she was wonderfully patient about being brushed, which will make keeping her gorgeous long coat healthy much easier as it grows back. She's also very tolerant of having her paws and belly handled.

Loonie could benefit from shedding a few pounds, and she'll thrive with a family committed to helping her stay active and healthy through play and proper nutrition.

She has also met a small dog and was more curious than concerned, so with slow, respectful introductions, she may do well in a home with a calm, cat-friendly dog.
