Rosie is a 1-year-old, 40-pound Shepherd Cross with a heart as big as her floppy ears. This sweet girl has had a rough start to life but hasn’t let that dampen her gentle spirit or playful charm. Now in foster care, Rosie is thriving and ready to find her forever home!
Rosie is the perfect mix of cuddly and curious. She loves going for walks, playing with her toys, and snuggling up for a nap once she’s had her fun. She’s smart, eager to please, and picks up on new routines quickly—she has already learned basic commands and house manners like a champ. She does get very excited to see her people if they have been away for a while and likes to jump up to greet them. She’s working on adjusting this behavior.
She gets along well with other dogs and would do best in a home where she gets plenty of love, structure, and continued positive reinforcement. Whether you’re an active individual or a family with older kids, Rosie’s adaptable nature makes her a wonderful match.
