✨ Meet Darling Dara ✨

Dara came into rescue after being dropped off with her two tiny babies when they were only 4 days old. She was filthy, painfully matted, and clearly had not been cared for. We shaved her down, gave her a bath, and the moment she realized she was safe and being helped, she completely relaxed and put all her trust in me. ❤️

Since then, Dara has shown us what an incredibly loving girl she truly is. She is the kind of dog who believes every lap was made just for her. She adores affection and wants to be close to her people whenever possible.

Dara is wonderful with all of my animals — cats, dogs, and even visiting dogs. She is gentle, sweet, and easygoing with everyone she meets. Most days you can find her curled up snuggling with my pitbull like they’ve been best friends forever.

She would fit into almost any home, but I would absolutely love to see this girl living a life full of adventures, love, and couch cuddles. She is also great with kids.

Dara is potty trained, though she has had the occasional accident, so a home with routine, patience, and consistency will help her continue to thrive.

After everything she’s been through, Dara deserves a forever family who will cherish her the way she cherishes everyone around her. 🐾💕
