Penny likes calm and quiet cats. The young ones or more dominant ones will chase her, and she will just hide. Penny needs a quiet home where she can just lounge around and contemplate the idea of letting a human touch her. She enjoys playing and stretching out across the sofa. I am confident that Miss Penny will come around in the right environment and will just give her the space she needs. She's really settling with us, and we can walk right past her, and she won't get up and run when you get super close. It's the moment you stay and she gets the hinkling that you might want to touch her and she walks away. Just for enough to watch the disappointment show on our faces. She's a smarty, pretty kitty.
