These sweet, beautiful bonded girls are so full of life and love. They ended up in rescue through no fault of her own and with patience, loving care and attention, these girls have blossomed!
Emily is desperate for attention. Her eyes speak so loudly that she craves affection but fear holds her back. Once she’s brave enough to take that chance, she won’t stop talking to you, asking you to help her trust.
And once she gets to know you, Emily loves being pet! She will jump into your lap or do circles under your hands. When she gets really excited, she will give little love bites but is very good about stopping as soon as you stop and say no. She is an adorable purring machine and quite a little chatter box! Her favorite toy is a spring that she carries around in her mouth while meowing through it.
Charlotte is a gorgeous girl that is also incredibly loving once she is able to trust you. She has a calmer demeanor but is also learning to navigate this new scary world. She is not a fan of being picked up, but has the most adorable rumbly purrs around! She will dive into your hand for pets and make biscuits on the floor. She will join you on the couch for cuddles, quiet time and making air biscuits! Charlotte has intermittent chronic upper respiratory issues in the way of leaky tears that flares up every now and then, but is not contagious to others.
Emily and Charlotte love chasing each other around with kitten like bursts of energy. When it’s nap time or down time you’ll find them curled up around each other. These girls are great around other cats and with dogs. Emily and Charlotte love their treats and are fully litter box trained with no issues. They are inquisitive loving girls that will need a special new family that will have patience to help them build trust. We are a busy loud foster home and Emily and Charlotte need the next step of a consistent low volume forever home to move to. Sudden movements and loud noises still have them running for cover and as long as that stops, they will come back out. Treats, calm movements and play time will have them coming around in no time! Quiet and calm energies are the key for these girls. Emily and Charlotte deserve a soft quiet landing where their full loving personalities can shine.
